Steering Announces QPFest 2020 Format

The Hickman Steering Committee announced the format for the virtual 2020 QPFest today. It also opened submissions for the event and released resources for clubs on how they should apply for QPFest. In addition, they posted a supplementary guide for clubs on how a safe, successful, extracurriculars should be run during a pandemic.

The 2020 QPFest will take the format of a showcase event followed by the availability of club profiles on the Steering website.

The showcase will be a compilation of short Hickman club submitted videos that will be streamed live on YouTube some time within the next few weeks (the official date has yet to be decided amid some uncertainty over the start of the 2020-2021 school year).

The library of digital Club Profiles will release shortly after the end of the showcase and will be hosted on the Hickman Steering website. Club Profiles will provide students with a number of options to interact with the school's extracurricular activities, including visiting club social media, reading descriptions for groups, and even joining clubs digitally.
